Seals are used to decorate the Pokeballs, by using Seals It's possible to put a
different "signs" (such as a Water sign and a Fire sign), and also to add an
effect which appears when your pokemon gets out of the Pokeball in the battle.
The Seals man Is found in the Sunyshore Market in Sunyshore City. The seals he
offer changes daily, therefore there are new seals available every day ^__^

The guy in the "Pokemon News Press" of Solaceon Town will ask daily for a
different pokemon to be brought for him. If the Pokemon was brought, he would
give a pokeball as a present (pokeball type changes daily).
The "dive ball" is not for sale in any pokemart, and could be only received
from the Pokemon News Press.
